THE UKRAINE

Wars are no longer winnable as chapter 10 in the Two Witnesses section explains when the result is never the same as what it used to be with clear winners and a fresh start even if it took years to forget.

The changing times looking for balance create real difficulty for those who used war for their own ends or to keep the west free from fascism or communism without the rest realising later that they also used unjustifiable methods but within the law or the people that were part of them not fully representing the law so that it allowed them to get away with it.

We have to realise and consider that all those that did the pushing before in a bullying unjust way may have to presently retreat because destiny will not allow them their own way all of the time especially when there is a bigger opponent facing them on the other side and they needing to change their attitudes for God to give them better.

The Ukranian people. But only God knows the percentage, are obviously corrupt for then to have had people in government who were corrupt and created the problem that they are in. It's always the way we lead our lives and for then God to reward us according to our merits. Other nations are not excluded and who knows how everything is going to play out in the EU?

Ukranians are now looking for help, but when everything was going well for them? Did they go out of their way for others, for God now to help them?

Because of the change that’s due to happen for the better after the worse, there will be plays and ploys and obviously at some stage standoffs will have to take place, otherwise; the other opponent will become confident and later not stop at anything.

A power struggle and balanced strategy will have to be learnt and utilized as necessary and always best when led by the computer because it would then give and take in line with destiny even if the going is really murky and tough to accept.

President Putin ex KGB a tough nut to crack and becoming bolder by the day should at some time be confronted for real unless he understands that the world will not stand for the toughness that he thinks he can command.

All round peace has to arrive and at some point decisions have to be made before things will have to stabilise otherwise everything will blow up in our face as everything gets out of control.

Russia going into the Crimea though might be a good thing if it stops the bloodshed and allows a general election to take place and then steps out of the way. This is possibly a good way to test Putin and see whether he is a real world leader suited and made for these times even if Syria does not do him any favours or give him credit for his handling of the crisis. It could be destiny though playing the cards it holds when things don’t run or can be handled as smooth as they should when it cant be stopped and someone has to be sacrificed when it’s their turn and obviously due to their destiny so that lessons are learned for then worldwide order to be restored without bloodshed or the same amount of blooshed.

He needs to give more freedom to the people at home for them to respect him but not total liberty as the West enjoys for immorality to run amock and adrift unchecked.

Giving the people that need it most a few of his billions that he would not miss will also change their attitude and do a lot for him personally to remove pride, greed and unwanted hardness acquired from his days in the KGB.

Destiny also needs men like him who will not back down from the likes of America and Great Britain because of all that they have been getting up to unchecked and obviously out of order and not just with Iraq and Afghanistan but also with the NSA and GCHQ.

Old methods no longer work because of the vast amount of whistleblowers and the internet that can no longer be silenced. Strategies and systems that unite and protect will have to be accepted whether anyone likes it or not, to their advantage or not, for love, peace and not trouble, to show itself!

11-4-2017 Thank destiny for America and thank President Trump in this instance whom I have said before that he would stand up to Putin. It should have happened well before though: Assad should have been defeated years ago, but Obama turned the other cheek. He was to weak a President. He was diplomatic enough and this is what Trump needs but he should have never allowed Putin control of Syria especially after the Crimea and Ukraine assault. Tough people who seem to think that they can take over the world or society in general in these times (other than destiny being the culprit for it) in the future should be forcefully met head on without tolerating or giving them advantages.

Not acting diligently when needed, it will then leave the road and door open for the corrupt and irresponsible like Putin to wreak havoc across the world and later harder to stop when they have made alliances.

I have added the “Like” Facebook logo on the 12th of February 2014 and not because I am personally on Facebook, as in no way do I wish to become a celebrity but so that there may be a link through Facebook to facilitate the outreach and give awareness of the book’s whereabouts.

By becoming a celebrity other than participating in giving knowledge for the benefit of mankind, are we perfectly sure that we are dead to self and not allowing the area of pride that may still be active and needs removing from within us, so that all we become is willing servants for and on behalf of one another and not bring forth in a roundabout way unnecessary personal or communal destroying power full of ego?

I was told by God on the 19th of October 2013 to add a counter. So that everyone, might see for themselves the books progress. By this hopefully, will increase circulation, when those reading it believe that it’s in their personal interest to promote it. This always according to their own or combined destinies and in the way that God will direct and instruct, Myself having the faith (belief and confidence) for one day, to see the entire number of zero’s become numbers.

The photo God has chosen as the header for the book speaks for itself. We need to look for fresh knowledge that will enlighten, restructure and give out brighter light with renewed life. The darkness and blindness presently with us, as long as we collaborate will depart.

There are various language translators and some are better than others.

You will have to experiment and seek advice on which ones suit your particular language best because only in this way will it truly save and enlighten by understanding the finer points and everything else as clear as possible.

One Email to date: Inquiring on whether I would like to publish the book? They have obviously jumped the gun and have not read the whole content "describing that it's not only free but impossible to publish when it's constantly being added to, and when there's the need to alter or amend." I thank them warmly all the same.

There are no other emails because I believe its very hard or not that easy to find and raise criticism, when the majority that God is saying through me, "has concrete recognised common sense values."

I may add or amend to what I write and welcome readers when led by The Spirit to periodically go back and review updated message.

It's also very important when God commands to give out this website because I have not registered with search engines with the intention of keeping the site free from unwanted crude advertising and other blasphemous paraphernalia.

Consecutive chapters of the book will only again be added as God leads. It's the inspiration at given moments of the day or night that gives life to the book.

Anyone wishing to add to this book like good neighbours in any way that furthers our overall search for truth, please feel free to do so. Email contents and I will endeavour as much as I am able when God allows me, to enter it in and give it place of honour.

The only thing that it can guarantee anyone, is that the good we do because "God sees everything" will allow His reward which is never late in arriving when it’s best needed.

I should not really be imposing this on anyone else because I feel pricked by conscience that it’s not the best recognisable way forward. At the same time though I feel the other part of me saying; that love and those who have it, will slowly learn to adapt and cultivate something not exactly the same because of different destinies at work but nevertheless somewhere along the same line and basis, of share and share alike without any form of prejudice whenever at all possible as with me at present, and because at times it may be unavoidable when destiny takes over and is in control without escape, or will not offer an alternate way out, when the Spring of The Water of Life is free.

This is the start of a new order of doing things which as we voluntarily progress, will affect all things for the better.

Somewhere in the book I have said that Muslims recognise Jesus as the son of God but not God.

Please disregard this as they only see him as a Teacher Prophet. "They are expecting him back though?"

I deeply regret not having added a comments section because this is the democratic and right way forward, but although I am saddened and sure of the fact that it would have enhanced the site in a major way, on consideration though; the level of lewd degrading and derogadory blasphemous remarks that I see on high dignitaries websites has made me reconsider, as the combined blasphemy that should really be censored and filtered out by providers would quite obviously have offended readers and without doubt have kept them away for the duration.

One person that I know off and at her cost by not reading the whole book from start to finish because she had quickly glanced through certain chapters, on finding that I later had not added capital letters to God's name for obvious explained reasons in other parts of the book, she has not continued to read it. Please do not fall prey to the same mistake.

In no way will I Libero Picciano as the author, including anyone else that may contribute to this work, be held responsible and accountable for the material and content regarding anything throughout this book. My intentions are sincere and honourable and personally only see it as a blessing for those that find it appealing and are in the process of working out and walking towards their personal or combined salvation.

Newspaper columnist’s on choosing to be less crass in the way they use particular words that offend readers, would give God and me an advantage by being able to add further brilliant articles. Something to keep in mind though? Can God totally shelter us from swear words that are now brazingly and impudently used all around us in general everyday life? Could it be our own particular destiny causing this when we are caught out by them as God recompenses?

I have received a report from Brazil that the book is difficult to understand when translated. Please advice on which translator to use. Obviously the next book will be given out in all different languages and in the event that God gives anyone the willingness to adequately translate this one in any other language, please do so and it will be added.
